Description

We are currently seeking a HR assistant to collaborate with our HR team beginning in July 2022. This mission will be full of rich and varied missions and will offer you a real experience. You will manage your own scope of recruitment. You will focus mainly on the recruitment of interns and apprentices from all departments (HR, finance, engineering, marketing, …) and you will collaborate on cross-functional HR projects with Maxence, our head of talent acquisition.

You will:

  • Learn to manage a full cycle recruitment process:

- How to do a job brief/How to write a good job description

- How to sort applications

- Conducting interviews in French and English

- Giving feedback to candidates

- Making the offer and closing

⇒ You will be involved in every step!

  • Provide general support to the recruitment team (offer follow-up, …)

  • Participate in various HR projects: recruitment process, employer branding and CSR policy

What we are looking for:

Above all, we are looking for someone motivated in learning about recruitment. Experience is not required, your soft skills will make the difference!

  • You are a Master Degree student (business school, Celsa or HR master)

  • A clear, concise and confident communicator

  • A positive personality who can get the best from those around them

  • A proactive self-starter eager to be part of a young, dynamic and growing team

  • French speaker with a professional level in English
