As we are growing fast and always looking for the best talents, we are hiring a Sales Ops Work-Study who will help us improve our work on various topics related to the Sales team.
Your daily tasks will cover the following:

• Defining / analysing KPIs for the Sales team;
• Identifying potential CRM optimization;
• Synching between different tools;
• Be responsible for data quality (Sanity check, reports, dashboards, etc..);
• Maintaining an up to date database in Salesforce to support sales & marketing strategy;
• Importing and assigning event leads in coordination with the marketing team;
• Creating / Improving Sales materials to help them performing at their best

Must have ❎

• Last year of Master degree in business management or engineering
• A good level of Excel and Power Point
• A passion for digging into technical processes, while making them clear and delightful for our internal operators and members
• An excellent problem-solver mindset with proven analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French
• Great organization and follow-up skills
• No fear of getting your hands dirty
• Multitask

• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce & Hubspot)
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
