🚀 The Challenge 🚀
As we are growing fast and always looking for the best talents, we are looking for a Sales Enablement junior who will join the Sales Ops team composed of three people to help us improve our work on various topics related to the training & the onboarding of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Team.

Your daily tasks will cover the following:

  • Participate in the development of the onboarding process
  • Improve the training strategy
  • Make sure the product knowledge is share across all the teams
  • Follow the assessment activities and ensure the adoption of 360 learning
  • Creating / Improving Sales training material to help them performing at their best
  • Scale the onboarding process of the Sales team and generalise it to Marketing, Customer Success and other teams

Requisitos

You would be a good fit for the Operations team at Didomi if you have:

Must have ❎

  • Last year of Master degree in business
  • A good level of Excel and Power Point
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B Saas Startups, ideally in Sales/Marketing roles
  • An excellent problem-solver mindset with proven analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong project management skills, able to lead a project from building out the idea to measuring the impact after delivery
  • Great organization and follow-up skills
  • No fear of getting your hands dirty
  • Multitask

Good to have ✅

  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce & Hubspot)
  • Knowledge of 360 Learning our training software
