Didomi is an innovative French company that develops a SaaS platform for privacy management. We help our customers be compliant with their regulatory obligations, in particular with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and to build a relationship of trust with their customers regarding personal data.

Our solutions are designed to help data protection officers (CIOs, Data Protection Officers, Legal & Compliance officers) in their daily tasks regarding privacy management. We work with leading brands like Deezer, Orange, Le Bon Coin, Harrods, l'Equipe, France TV…

We recently raised 40 millions dollars in a Series B.

As global privacy counsel intern you will report directly to our Chief Privacy Officer Thomas.

Your role

  • Assist Didomi’s Privacy team with the implementation and deployment of its global privacy program;
  • Prepare, maintain and update privacy documentation, including data protection agreements, standard contractual clauses, website terms and internal policies
  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and partnership contracts
  • Keep current with relevant industry standards, laws and regulations (including but not limited to ePrivacy, Digital Services Act)
  • Advise on a range of compliance matters, regulations and industry standards
  • Review products, features and initiatives to ensure privacy by design is met

    • To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • Ongoing or validated Master degree in IT/Privacy law;
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English fluently
  • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • This position is best suited to individuals with the following skills and abilities:

  • Knowledge of additional privacy regulations (such as CCPA, LGPD, PIPL);
  • Ability to identify and structure problems as well as to articulate innovative solutions;
  • Adaptability to changing conditions, new ideas and concepts;
  • Good judgment and ability to apply knowledge to help craft practical business solutions;
  • Willingness to work in a diverse and international environment.
