The Account Manager is responsible for: ensuring ITS meet the needs of the DGFF business, managing relationships with Business Colleagues and managing the end-to-end sales, quotations and order lifecycle. The Account Manager develops new business opportunities and encourages IT Services to deliver the development and enhancement of services, products and systems, based on DGFF business requirements. The Account Manager reports to Executive Account Manager (EAM) and supports them in achieving department budgets and business growth targets. 

What will you do?

  • First contact for customers in regard to IT related topics
  • Support of EAM in planning of business opportunities
  • Alignment of the customers’ requirements with services portfolio of IT Services
  • Creation and negotiation of the proposals and their agreement by the customers within given products
  • Management of Requests for Proposal and providing proposals to the customers in time
  • Assuring that customer’s satisfaction increases consistently
  • Escalation management and internal coordination of problem solving activities
  • Customer order management
  • Managed financial portfolio yearly (Build+RUN): approx.6 mil

Requisitos

    • Project management experience
    • Experience in selling IT solutions and services
    • Strong customer focus
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Personal drive, enthusiasm and resilience to achieve objectives in line with deadlines
    • Developed problem solving skills
    • DGFF business knowledge is advantage
    • Fluent in English
    • Degree in IT or business-related subject
