We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to focus on conversion of our users to our Premium products. You will work closely with engineers, designers and product insights teams to define and implement our conversion strategy; helping users understand and subscribe to a Premium offer.

What you will do:

• Identify key improvements to drive subscriber growth, working across multiple engineering and business teams to define and build the most efficient journeys.

• Work across multiple platforms and services to understand how to increase conversion

• Understand regional payment specificities and build solutions that support localisation

• Prioritize the right problems: understand the vision and strategy of the company, the current business objectives of your startup and adapt your team's roadmap accordingly. Then make sure the rest of the company knows and understands your roadmap.

About you:

• You're an experienced Senior Product Manager with data driven product development and technical background, with previous experience working on e-commerce conversion.

• You have 5+ years of product management experience with records of launches that drove clear business outcomes.

• You are highly collaborative and able to quickly produce simple solutions to meet a set of different objectives.

• You have experience in crafting product requirements based on user research and data.

• You are experienced with working with agile development teams.

• You care about learning and trying out new product management techniques.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and French) with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholders

• You are a true music fan  ;)
