The Customer Solutions Engineer owns the relationship with the customer once the SaaS platform has been sold, leveraging the wider Deepki stakeholders as required
They advise, manage and deliver the design and implementation of client platforms, ensuring alignment with the customer requirements (whilst maintaining best practice), as well as driving the adoption and satisfaction of the platform customer side

It means working on:

Driving the end-to-end implementation of the customer’s platform requirements, from onboarding to full user adoption
Establishing, communicating and managing the roles across allocated client projects (RACI matrix type)
Managing and aligning customer needs with the current and future functionality of the platform
Participation in data collection (collection, analysis, exchanges with the customer and the implementation team where necessary); communicating updates with the customer and the implementation team and problem solving where collection is more complex
Delivery of key status reports against project priorities / milestones - adopting a mindset of continuous improvement
User training on the platform
Management of the relationships with the different client tems, as well as the Deepki teams
Establishing and rolling out CSM business processes (Spain and Internationally)
Advocate for Deepki
Share the ‘voice of the customer’ - ensure relevant teams have visibility of customer feedback, but also customer ambitions around where the product could add further value in line with their ESG ambitions


Requisitos

Experience in system integration and data migration projects
Project management skills (Waterfall/Agile Scrum)
Strong stakeholder management with customers, business / IT partners and subject matter experts
Create and deliver high-impact communication to any type of audience
Experience with large consulting firms
Creativity and ability to propose and drive forward the realisation of ideas
Interest in technology, user experience / usability and ESG
Strong team spirit and problem solving skills, ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility
