Dataiku is looking for someone with integrity, energy, and a strong financial background to join our very international and growing finance team. You’ll help us in the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization. This position works cross-functionally with the Sales, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams to coordinate and ensure sales commissions and related incentive bonuses are accurate, complete, and paid on time.

The hiring manager is open to candidates based out of Paris or London.

Responsibilities:

  • Help create and distribute Sales Compensation plans to all sales employees.
  • Populate, load and validate all User information in Spiff tool
  • Calculate, reconcile and validate monthly commission payments for sales employees based on Sales Compensation plan provisions.
  • Review and update monthly commission statements via Spiff, ensuring accuracy.
  • Help calculate the monthly commission accrual
  • Act as the first point of contact to coordinate, address, and resolve any tools or Sales comp related issues.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure SFDC sales bookings data is reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission accrual and payout deadlines.
  • Help identify improvements / enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans, policies, and processes.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of the new Sales Compensation program each fiscal year.
  • Assist in sales territory planning and retention rate
  • Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Highly analytical with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English
  • Has a lot of Initiative, detail orientation, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn new things
  • Strong Spreadsheet and systems (such as Salesforce) skills.
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity associated with a fast moving business, international environment, changing priorities and compliance with standards and internal processes
  • Ability to keep up with frequent changes to products, policies, procedures, and people.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with an eye towards continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work with remote teams.
