* Interact with users, business and IT teams, empathize with their pain points, analyse their data needs and drive end to end solutioning of data driven solutions

* Define product vision, roadmap, backlogs and ensure execution excellence with business outcome-oriented metrics. Drives use cases through complete lifecycle

* Ensure the highest levels of data quality, reliability, security and usability in all deliverables

* Work closely with end users, data engineering teams, solution architects, data platform teams to design best in class solutions and drive joint priorities

* Mentoring junior team members on technical and functional skills. Functional knowledge of business processes is good to have.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in Data-Warehousing technologies with excellent communication and analytical skills

* Deep knowledge of Big Data technologies with at least 3 years of technical hands on data engineering experience

* Track record of leading complex, large scale data projects and data products

* Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups

* Bachelor degree in a technical field (preferably computer science)
