The Job :

Linked directly to the Marketing Director, your primary mission will be to boost lead & demand generation via all possible channels! As most of the process is yet to be built, this is a great opportunity to implement your own ideas to perfect the mechanism.

Your missions:

1) Acquisition

  • Management and optimization of Paid Search campaigns (Adwords, … )
  • Management and optimization of Paid Social campaigns (LinkedIn, … )
  • Developing possible new channels

2) Traffic Management

  • Optimization of conversion rates on our site, landing pages and blog
  • Semantic and technical optimization to improve the SEO of the site and the blog to increase traffic
  • Management of all levers for website optimization and implementation of metrics tracking their effectiveness
  • Rethinking the website, running A/B tests and optimizing accordingly
  • Developing and working on our Market Index project

3) CRM Management

  • Segmentation of contacts and data model management to ensure the fluidity of Sales and Marketing processes
  • Marketing Automation: lead scoring management and campaign nurturing optimization; Quality and enrichment of data in CRM via automation tools (we use Hubspot)

Requisitos

This job is for you if you:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SAAS (mandatory) in a similar position
  • Have excellent knowledge of SEA, SEO, CRM, SMO, Inbound
  • Have very good knowledge of growth tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, Zapier, PhantomBuster …
  • Have a real taste for numbers and analytics—> Excel is your best friend!
  • Have the ability to come up with ideas, find solutions and be very rigorous with your tasks
  • Are fluent in English, knowledge of French is advantageous
  • Are open-minded with an interest in being challenged and going beyond your current levels
  • Like to have fun at work
  • Would love to be part of a highly motivated, international and driven team
  • Are interested in CPG ecommerce and data
