You will join our international customer success team and assist the customer success managers in their main missions:
Handle and resolve customer requests, problems and complaints
Onboard and train new clients and staff on the tool
Analyse data to improve customer experience
Maintain ongoing customer relationships
Help to identify new needs for and from our customers and potential business growth
Provide consultative and analysis services

Please note this role involves a lot of analysis and interpretation of data. A passion for Excel and data is recommended.


Requisitos

Masters 1 or Masters 2 in a Business school
Alternance (apprentissage ou contrat pro)
Ideally you already have an experience with Produits de Grandes consommation
You love analysing data and Excel is your best friend :)
« Problem solver » : you understand your clients’ problems quickly and propose appropriate solutions
Great communication skills
Excellent level in English and French, both oral and written
PPT holds no secrets for you
Autonomous, you are looking for new challenges
