Job description

You will join our international customer success team and assist the customer success managers in their main missions:

  • Handle and resolve customer requests, problems and complaints
  • Onboard and train new clients and staff on the tool
  • Analyse data to improve customer experience
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships
  • Help to identify new needs for and from our customers and potential business growth
  • Provide consultative and analysis services

Process :

  • ITW with HR
  • Case study - analysis of data 
  • ITW with Customer Success Directors

Preferred experience

  • Masters 2 in a Business school
  • Stage or Alternance accepted (apprentissage ou contrat pro)
  • Excellent level in BOTH English and French, both oral and written
  • « Problem solver » : you understand your clients’ problems quickly and propose appropriate solutions
  • Great people-skills you are as good at negotiating as you are at explaining and training
  • Excel and PPT hold no secrets for you
  • Autonomous, you are looking for new challenges
