MISSION :

  • Support and technical training for users of the company’s main software
  • Management and resolution of user incidents
  • Processing and follow-up of new user requests
  • Processing or initiating the corresponding support actions
  • Installation, configuration and management of workstations.
  • Administration of the company’s main office automation tools (G Suite, Eset, GLPI, Backup, Master workstation…)
  • Management of Onboarding / Offboarding processes
  • Management of computer and telephone equipment (Inventory, Orders, Contracts, After Sales Service, …)
  • Management of suppliers and associated contracts
  • Configure the workstation according to the user’s needs and perform functional tests

Requisitos

Within the Infrastructure department and in an international context, your role is above all to help, accompany and train our users in the daily management and understanding of IT.
Hardware incidents, software problems or network slowness, management of new requests … You are the main and privileged IT contact for our users around the world.
Beyond these interventions and in agreement with the infrastructure management, you are also the main administrator of the IT workstation environments: hardware management, collaborative tools (Google Workspace), software, access rights management, inventory, security and definition of processes related to workstations are under your responsibility, all in an international context.
