After growing in France, Colonies is now accelerating its expansion on the german market. To support its growth ambitions, Colonies is looking for his/her first Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Germany 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Reporting to the VP of People (based in France), you will be in charge of recruiting activities and other HR-related topics on the German territory 🇩🇪 

Your main challenge? As an ambassador, you promote Colonies as an international employer brand, make our German team grow and feel at home again and again 🏡

### WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE? 💼

Human Ressources Management 🤝

Talent Acquisition

  • Define a strong and efficient talent acquisition strategy hand in hand with managers to grow our teams in Germany: sourcing strategy, HR events, schools partnerships, recruitment process & tools.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the entire recruitment process (briefing, interview process, interactions with candidates and managers, follow-up) until the job offer.
  • Actively hunt candidates on LinkedIn for specific recruitment needs - making sure we hire the best profiles to help us grow our activity on the German market.

HR Projects

  • Develop our visibility working on our employer brand in Germany.
  • Work on our local Compensation & Policy policy (E.g., benchmark, salary grid).
  • Understand team needs, be a relay between team members and managers in Germany.
  • Take part to other HR projects with the HR team based in France.

HR Administration

  • Manage HR administration (E.g., employment contracts, amendments, absences, medical visits, health insurance, meal vouchers).
  • Manage the monthly payroll with our accounting firm in Germany.
  • Coordinate the entire onboarding process of new employees hand in hand with our business referents or “buddy” (E.g., material, process, tool access, surveys).

Happiness & Office Management 🦄

  • Manage the annual budget for Office Management and create financial/HR reporting.
  • Promote cohesion between our teams by organizing regular internal events (E.g., social events, gym sessions and team building activities) and by proposing new initiatives thanks to your unlimited creativity!
  • Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our offices - in connection with providers and suppliers (E.g., cleaning, maintenance, equipment, consumables).

Requisitos

### WHO ARE YOU? 👑

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a fast growing company - a previous experience in proactive sourcing / headhunting is a plus.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to create strong links with our teams, to facilitate the integration of our new hires and to spread out our culture on a daily basis!
  • You are organized and flexible - you know how to juggle with different subjects and how to be creative no matter the situation you encounter - only results and solutions matter!
  • You speak German and English fluently to be able to communicate with the whole company on a daily basis
