💪Team :

You will join the Account Management team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of an average of 30 people and divided into markets.

As part of your missions, you will join the New Markets team and will report directly to Sara, Lead Account Manager - New Markets. You will work closely with her and with your colleagues.

You will also work daily with the other business units of Click&Boat, especially with the Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing team.

🚀 Missions:

• Acquisition: You will be responsible for acquiring new partners in the Polish Market.
  
• Onboarding new partners: You will be in charge of onboarding new private and professional partners in the Polish market and New Markets, and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement. The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which you will monitor and be responsible for.
  
• Account Management: You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the above-mentioned markets (Poland & New Markets) and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience.

Your Profile

• You are fluent in English; 
• Speaking Polish is a plus;
• Young professional or recently graduated;
• Previous successful working experience/internship;
• Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure;
• Team player who inspires trust, ready to take the initiative and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction driven attitude;
• You are interested in start-up environment; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our service;
