Cityscoot is revolutionizing the city’s mobility, having a positive impact on the environment and society, changing the way we own and move with a full electric shared moped service.

At Cityscoot we integrate in-house the whole value chain, from the moped design (mechanics, electronics, battery…), operations (workshop, warehousing, battery swapping… all internal indefinite contracts CDI) and app developments (customer and employee apps and tools made in-house).
We are a tech-heavy company, with hardware at the heart of our service, served through a digital and connected experience.

We are looking for a UX Product Designer that will be in charge of an entire user perimeter, particularly our operations’ experience, mostly on mobile but also on desktop. In collaboration with the Product Manager, this is an amazing opportunity to truly own the design of an outstanding experience, while having great autonomy in decisions and the future of the product. You will be a pillar of the user-centered organisation around products that is being set up.

Under the CPO and collaborating with the product team, you will be in charge of:

1. User research

  • Participate to user research activities, create and collect quantitative and qualitative data to uncover user’s needs and pain points.
  • Synthesize and formalize knowledge and insights with appropriate tools: personae, blueprints, experience maps…
  • Imagine and build ingenious interactive prototypes and MVPs to test ideas with users
  • Communicate extensively around your learnings
  • Contribute to the improvement of our practices and methods in terms of research

2. Design

  • Design functional mockups and prototypes to support the user stories and the experience envisioned in collaboration with the Product manager
  • Build and maintain the design patterns and design system around your apps and users
  • Keep evolutions inside a full global experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of our practices and methods in terms of design

3. Implementation

  • Participate to the development of features (functionally and design-wise)
  • Participate to demos and user testing/validation of features
  • Help implement tracking and KPIs of value added and usage

Requisitos

  • 5-7 years of experience designing world class experiences
  • Experience working on the whole design chain: user research, prototyping and testing, product design and UI, product implementation and user testing/validation.
  • Capacity to prioritize based on user value and business impact
  • Able to conduct user interviews and facilitate workshops
  • Knows how to use design software to build mockups and prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Miro…)
  • Capable of interacting with tech people
  • Customer-obsessed, eager to explore and transform customer needs and trends into actionable designs and product evolutions
  • Data oriented (metrics and KPIs) focusing on value to support choices
  • Your users are french, spanish, italian (and probably more european nationalities in the coming years!). English and French are both essential, even though most of your research will be in Paris and French (you should be native or bilingual french). Any other language is welcomed.
