Meet your team

The majority of the integrations team is based in Berlin headed by an Engineering Manager supported by a product manager and product designer. There are five backend engineers and one frontend engineer working on building the technical integrations. On the solutions engineering side we have one covering the German speaking regions from Berlin and one in the US. We are now expanding our solutions engineering capacity with one for the French speaking regions and one for Spanish speaking regions. You will work from our Paris office which is very energetic business, sales & operations focused office.What you will do

🍫 We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help Choco grow and enable suppliers to receive orders into their ERP systems while providing the highest buyer value. This position requires technical understanding, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. If you love solving riddles between any type of tech system in close collaboration with our business development team, we would love to get you on board..🍫Here at Choco, we like to use the space shuttle as a metaphor for our engineering work. Now, you will join and help us bring the shuttle to the moon.You will be the technical owner of all our integration with suppliers in France. As such, you are building the foundation for a strong long term relationship between Choco and the supplier landscape while working with our product team to build new solutions.

💪 What does it take to perform on this job: 💪

You love solving technical challenges no matter where they come from and what form they take. You wont need coding skills, but you should have in-depth technical understanding of a wide variety of technologies.

You are a teacher and 100% customer centric You will be figuring out how to connect two worlds and systems that don’t always want to fit together. You help overcome any obstacle and are pivotal to closing deals - the more languages you speak, the better.

Requirements Summary:

• Experience: 5+ years as solutions engineer, professional services or technical consulting

• Commercial: Customer facing experience

• Languages: Native French & English on business level

• Technical: Understanding of intergrations / APIs with different ERP systems

• Business: Understanding of functional requirements for different ERP systems like Quickbooks, SAP, Navision, Netsuite

• Location: Paris area and willing to travel throughout France
