Role & Responsibilities

Your role:

As a Learn & Development Specialist, you will promote one of one key aspects of our common success : the Growth Mindset.

One of your first responsibilities will be to keep developing and promoting the appropriate framework to assess performance and create the right career path and training programs. You will have an immediate impact on Talent retention, performance and growth.

You will work directly with the Chief People Officer and the 2 HR Business Partners and frequently with our managers.

You will be caring for our 180 employees and adapt to our regional specificities (France, Netherlands, Morocco, UK) with the support of our local HR manager.

Your missions:
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs for all employees in the company, from junior to top managers

  • Developing and implementing review cycle and promote a culture of feedback and recognition with actionable tools and tips

  • Designing our internal Academy

  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.


You will be working on:
  • Evaluate individual and organisational development needs

  • Build career path for all jobs inside the company, starting with our internal framework and making it evolve

  • Implement various learning methods companywide (individual or collective coaching, job-shadowing, e-learning courses, workshops…)

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

  • Find the best suppliers and adapt our offer to our employees specificities (team, location)

  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts


Requirements

You are/You have:
  • Proven experience leading Talent Development projects (internal Academy)

  • Experience in project management and budgeting

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Elevo)

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  • Creative, solution oriented and capable of understanding business needs

  • Comfortable in evolving in a high pace and constantly evolving environment

  • 5+ years of experience in successful international team

  • Previous experience as Talent Development specialist or teacher or builder of pedagogic program.

Location
  • This is an hybrid position and remote is allowed in every country in Europe where we have an office (France, Utrecht, London)

  • Ideally, you should be able to come to the office on a regular basis to meet with the teams and business partners & prospects.
