As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Project Director to join our team.
For this strategic position within our company, we are looking for someone who will be in charge of important and complex projects. You will act as a delivery partner for your client portfolio, and will work closely with our Account Directors. You will be driving a 360° scope of production for one of our major clients (digital campaigns, print, film), manage and inspire other project managers, and ultimately be a critical part of our agency growth and delivery practice.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage a program of project for international clients, with cross-market deliverables and stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality of delivery for our client in accordance with budgets and deadlines
• Supervise and manage a team of 4 Project Managers
• Act as a mentor for the team by sharing your expertise, your best practices and your proven digital methodologies
• Implement a delivery framework suited to your clients, and a strong risk management approach, globally and per project.
• Manage end-to-end projects, with effective planning resources and budget follow-up
• Build accurate documents and reports in order to deliver clear guidelines.

• 7+ years of experience in project management within a Digital / Advertising Agency, including experience leading a team and their process
• Experienced with global and international project management at HQ level
• Solid track record with both ad-hoc and standard project management methodologies
• Proven team management skills
• Comfortable with board-level management interactions
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of communication and a real consulting approach
• Fluent English, and at least basic French proficiency
