Your role at Buzz Brothers.

  • Reporting to our Global Digital Account Director, you will draw on your business experience and digital knowledge to help our clients achieve great things at the intersection of Marketing, SEO, Data, Social Media and Platform Developments.
  • You will be working on projects from CRM programs to eCommerce platforms, and will help us transform great ideas into even better services and products.
  • Together with the Global Digital Account Director you will reinforce our Interactive department, building on our in-house expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, Data, CRM, SEO, UX, Platform Developments and design.
  • You are aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships, and able to leverage them into new relationships.
  • You will regularly engage with various stakeholders within the agency, including clients’ leadership, cross-functional and remote teams.
  • You will help strengthen our clients’ business while making sure the digital aspects are properly understood and valued.
  • You will also brush shoulders with more classic advertising and marketing colleagues and help them bridge the gap between campaigns or brand platforms and the most advanced digital services and tools.
  • You will actively monitor, report and follow up on the progress of projects and client needs.

Requisitos

What makes us eager to know you…

  • You have a successful track record (8+ years) of building and managing business within an International Digital Agency and managing a global brand.
  • You are able to speak to both tactical and strategic decision makers, in order to align Digital strategy with business strategy.
  • You have demonstrated great leadership skills with a strong presentation skill.
  • You understand and articulate the impact of technical projects on the business, the potential impact on associated functions, and how decisions are made.
  • You have an advanced knowledge & understanding of digital marketing and advertising (SEO, CRM, Social Media….).
  • You actively identify the who/when/where to escalate issues.
  • You have a strong financial management hygiene.
  • English fluency is mandatory for this position.
