We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to reinforce our sales team and focus on the development of the Northern Europe region (Germany, Austria, UK, Nordics). and primarily in the DACH region.

As a senior account executive you will be responsible for driving revenue in the Northern Europe region and particularly in Germany. You will actively participate in the company’s growth, participating in the scale sales team, improving our processes and methodologies to hit our objectives.

Your main responsibilities are the following:

  • Identify new prospects through various means (social networks, trade shows, telephone…) in collaboration with the marketing team and the employees in charge of lead generation
  • Contribute to the feeding and monitoring of the prospect pipeline and the updating of the different stages of progress
  • Support, demonstrate, and argue the offer in front of the prospect
  • Analyze the prospect’s needs and propose our solution in a personalized way
  • Answer the prospect’s questions to reassure them of the relevance of the proposed solution
  • Contribute to identifying the feasibility and profitability criteria for the future client
  • Contribute to the elaboration and negotiation of the commercial proposal until its signature
  • Make the handover with the customer success team who will onboard our new customer
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences, being an ambassador of our product on the market
  • Be the voice of our customers in internal discussions about the product strategy
  • Ensure a technological, economic and competitive watch

Requisitos

Skillset we are looking for…

  • A proven sales hunter and closer experience
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies as Account Executive or Sales roles
  • You are used to long/complex sales cycles and like the challenge it represents
  • Knowledge of the supply chain and ocean transportation field would be a real plus
  • You have a hunter mentality and must hold dearly, deep within your soul, the tasks of prospection, negotiation, and closing of deals
  • Innovative, doer, and autonomous, you want to participate in the growth of start-up, contributing to the scaling phase
  • You have the ability to discuss and build strong relationships with C-Level contact in large companies

  • Fluent in English, French would be a plus

Position can be based either in our offices in Paris or Marseille, or full remote, particularly from Germany.
