What your future position looks like:

  • Ad hoc analysis requested by Head of CSM for strategic decision

  • Data liaison to update upsell /churn prediction projects (consolidation of existing data, real dashboarding to be easy to use by AM)

  • Data liaison to revamp AM Perf projects (consolidation of Intercom, HS, Zoom KPIs for deeper analysis & tracking on ONB / Support cost)

  • Data liaison to revamp and improve client data analysis for client to provide a AM consulting (client scoring and more)

  • Analysis on clients’ recovery / improvements of Billing B2B Dashboards.


You will be a good fit to join us if you:

  • Have proficiency in French as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Knowledge of Sales CRM such as Hubspot or Salesloft valued

  • High proficiency on Excel / Google Sheets

  • Intermediate proficiency SQL

  • Ease with working with large data sets

  • Rigorous and attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic and passionate

  • Passion for solving puzzles and problems

  • Tech-savvy and a strong interest in the tech environment

  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
