🔴 The team : the Key Account Executive is part of the Batch Sales team. This team has already signed over 500 blue chip accounts in France and across Europe and they want to sign 5,000 more! Come and be part of this elite band and play a key role in helping them realise this objective 🔥🔥🔥

🔴 The goal : close Enterprise-level deals that are long and complex and require excellent relationship management skills, a strong sense of tact and timing, and the ability to maneuver and guide the different stakeholders within a key account.

🔴 The DNA : a desire to engage in complex sales cycle problem solving, that requires application and determination to see it through to its successful conclusion. The Key Account Manager is a consultant and tactician hybrid; able to perfectly understand what is at stake within the prospect’s business and provide a compelling solution from Batch to meet the prospect’s business needs.

Details of the role :

  • Management of the full sales sycle: Discovery, demos, recommendations, RFI/RFP participation, follow-up and submission, building out the commerical offering, negotiation on both financial and legal grounds, closing.
  • Evangelisation of the Batch offering through compelling product demos and through recommending the right business strategies.
  • Putting together and delivering formal responses to RFPs, defining and building out complex sales proposals.
  • Engaging with the prospect and advising at both operational and C-Level.
  • Account mapping: the ability to engage with the prospect’s organisation at all the necessary levels and ensure the Batch value proposition is fully communciated and understood within all necessary teams of a complex organizations (multinationals, subsidiaries, franchises, etc.)
  • Strategic analysis of the customer’s requirements and delivery of bespoke and insightful recommendations based on Batch’s offering.
  • Attending numerous commercial events, exhibitions and workshops, conducting “Masterclass” workshops onsite.
  • Registering and providing feedback from customers and prospects to the internal teams at Batch so that the company can continue to improve and optimize the sales process and service offering.
  • Coordination with the Marketing team in order to produce compelling use cases and “sucess stories” or “testimonials” that can potentially be videoed and distributed.
  • The ability to provide the Head of Sales with activity reporting and accurate forecasts while delivering on the monthly, quartly and annual Sales objectives.
  • The ability to work closely with the Customer Success team as well as Product in order to meet clients’ requests and requirements.

Requisitos

  • Solid ability to accurate forecast and deliver on Sales objectives
  • Proven commercial success in terms of revenue generated from new accounts.
  • A background in both Inbound and Outbound sales prospecting and closing new business.
  • Practical, resouts orientated, professionally curious.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • It’s firmly in your nature to meet and go beyond the sales targets that have been set.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Energetic and dynamic.
  • Fluent English.
  • German language skills would be an advantage.

Proceso de selección

Batch conducts all its interviews in the same way, 4 simple and clear stps for each candidate:
1 - Initial call and introduction (15 to 30 minutes).
2 - Onsite interview with HR accompanied by the relevant Team Leader (45 minutes).
3 - Conduct and complete a Case-study, on-site or remotely, presenting to 4 or 5 Batch employees. (2h of preparation time onsite, or 48h of preparation time if conducted remotely, then a maximum of 1h for the presentation itself).
4 - Meeting with one of the Batch cofounders (30 to 45 minutes).

At the end of this 4-step process, if successful, Batch will make a job offer to the candidate.
