As Regional supply Lead Central EU, you will manage and expand a team of account managers responsible for growing a portfolio of high potential merchants while ensuring the best level of quality. You will operate at both operational and strategic level to secure top-notch supply on all Back Market European websites.

Build your Supply Strategic Roadmap customized to your region’s specificities to reach BackMarket’s North Stars (quality and sales targets)Manage a portfolio of assigned merchants and own Sales and Quality performances throughout the merchant journey : Seller GMV, Selection, Stock and PriceBe a great leader, empowering your team on a long-term perspective and giving them the support they need to reach their sales and quality targetsBuild strong relationships with key merchants to ensure steady growth, high levels of adoption and satisfactionIdentify key improvements & blocking points for target completion, design solution hand-in-hand with other Business and Product teams and monitor their implementation and adoption;Convert deep dive analysis into concrete and short-term actions with strong impactYou're in the right place if: ⭐
