Your goal : Make sure that whoever joins AssessFirst, wherever that person is based, he or she will adapt to remote !
👉 You will have to:
-Make sure our company values and culture are demonstrated throughout actionable behaviors in the whole organization.
-Document, write and/or film all our processes in our internal wikipedia : Notion, to allow each collaborator to have access to the information they need.
E.g.: meeting rules and templates, tool explanations, etc.
Collaborate with all functions seeking guidance on mastering remote workflows and building culture.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve onboarding.
You will join the Talent Management Team and work under the responsibility of Simon, and work in close collaboration with Aurélie, our Talent Acquisition Manager.

💡 Our questionnaires are divided in 3: Shape, Drive and Brain. They respectively assess your personnality, motivations and aptitudes. It should take around 30 min to complete them.
They are essential as Aurélie needs to know more about who you are and make sure that you match our culture !
