Your goal:  With your team, you will be responsible for identifying future clients and users of AssessFirst to enable us to accelerate our growth in the UK.

Your missions:  The manager of Business Development is responsible for driving the results of the BDR team at AssessFirst, with particular focus upon our newest additions to the organisation. You will have influence on strategy and tactics, expanding and coaching your teams to success. 


👉 To do this, you will have to:

Performance Manager (Where you will spend approximately 50% of your time)

- Running the day-to-day activities of our BDR team (Inbound and Outbound). 

- Working on the customer acquisition and reactivation strategy, building or improving customer acquisition processes, designating new customer acquisition sequences on different channels, experimenting with new tools or being creative with new ideas to reach our goals. 

- Achieving team-based targets 

- Co-designing and co-presenting training curriculum, courses and supporting documentation from on-boarding to continual learning of your team. 

- Develop opportunities in key accounts 

- Maximising workflow within the department 

- Identifying problems and proactively creating comprehensive plans of action to present to Head of UK Sales 

- Collaborating with the Account Executive department to ensure a smooth hand-off of new opportunities, and reviewing the quality of sales opportunities on a regular basis 

- Creating sales development resources including, but not limited to, call scripts and prospecting emails to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our messaging  

- Reporting monthly results and managing bonuses. 

- Continuous improvement of lead generation, including social selling and creation of new events.
 

BDR Mission (Where you will spend approximately 50% of your time):

- Lead by example by taking part in the outbound lead generation effort.

- Outbound prospecting in collaboration with an AE  

- Test new prospecting and post-event follow-up techniques.  

- Participate in events with the team (in the UK)

What we would need...

📄 Proficient English speaker

📄 You must already have experience in the UK.

✍️ You have previous experience in managing a BDR/SDR team.

✍️ You have previous experience as an BDR/SDR with proven success.
