To make our ambition to become the European leader on the (very) hot market of BNPL come true, we are expanding our operations in Spain and are looking for a Head of Business Development.
Your mission will be to design and implement the sales strategy for Alma in Spain.
Your main focus will be to build business momentum and progressively build a sales machine: sign the first customers or partnerships, build an ambitious and solid sales team, and create excitement around the growth of Alma in your country.
You will collaborate closely with all central teams, be responsible of your KPIs and report to the General Manager Spain.

Because of the importance of this role for Alma, the process is quite intense. Yet, we’ll aim at running it in 2 to 3 weeks max.
