This saves them time and allows them to devote themselves to other more human tasks.

This easy-to-use product digitalizes the workflow of the whole dental industry.

Our global objective is to have a real impact into health, to contribute to provide better care to patients worldwide and to help medical professionals with their work.

Your mission

Allisone is looking for a Customer Success Manager to accompany its growth and development.

Let's make it short: we provide the best customer experience possible to our clients !

- Ensure good usage of Allisone by dentists

- Give users' feedbacks to the Tech team

- You answer to clients issues very shortly through various channles (Slack, Crisp, Mails, don't be afraid to call them, they love to hear from you)

- Always improve our Customer care process

- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.

- Hold product demonstrations for customers.

- Improve onboarding processes.

- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.

- Mediate between clients and the organization.

- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.

- Minimize customer churn.

- You actively participate into building the best Customer Care team in a great atmosphere and with great people.

About you

- Self-driven and proactive nature.

- Highly organized and able to multi-task.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrate leadership qualities.

- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

- Knowledge of customer success processes.

- Experience in document creation.

- Patient and active listener.
