We’re looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant for an apprenticeship (one year contract ) OR an internship (6 months), who has a curious, organised and rigorous mindset.

You will be part of Akur8's Finance team and you will be in charge of assisting our Finance & Admin Manager and occasionally supporting the HR Admin & Payroll Manager.

To do this, you will find below a non-exhaustive list of tasks that will be entrusted you:

  • Entry of accounting documents on all our subsidiaries (FR & INTL) on SAGE ;
  • Preparation of invoice payments from Suppliers on a weekly basis ;
  • Updating and reconciliation of the bank as well as the lettering of various accounts ;
  • Updating Customer administrative information ;
  • Assistance in monitoring the onboarding of new hires → Collection / Reminder obtaining documents such as diploma as part of our various ISO27001 & SOC 2 security certifications, ordering Swile cards and entering employees on the ACMS platform ;
  • Follow-up of Expense Reports with the validation of supporting documents vs amounts entered by employees in the dedicated tool (Possibility to establish a deck of the rules to follow imperatively to comply with our legal obligations in terms of declaration) ;


We're looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant who is eager to learn and work on various subjects in a fast moving organization, possessing the following attributes:

  • You are currently completing a Licence/Bachelor or a Master Degree M1 (Comptabilité/Finance/Gestion, like “Management des organisations”, “Comptabilité”, “Ressources humaines”, “Gestion des entreprises”, “GACO”, “GEA” or equivalent) and you are looking for a internship or an apprenticeship ;
  • You already have some experience with different internships in Accounting and Corporate Finance ;
  • You have a good command of Excel and the Google tools suite ;
  • You are very organized and are able to efficiently multi-task and project-manage ;
  • You are autonomous, proactive, eager to learn and to assume responsibility for key initiatives with a problem-solver mindset ;
  • You are a team player and are happy to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders both internal and external ;
  • You have excellent French and you have good written and oral communication skills in English ;
