Aircall is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our passionate and high performing Business Talent Acquisition Team.

Sitting within the Global People Team and reporting to our Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for various business hiring needs in a hyper-growth context (we are recruiting 260 new Aircallees this year!!!)

You will be in charge of many projects within the Talent Acquisition team and with our different partners.

Working along with very committed hiring managers at Aircall and a team of outstanding TAs, you will bring your creativity to experiment with new approaches to unleash your full potential and thrive with us. You will have the opportunity to work on a team that has a continuous improvement philosophy in an international environment.

***This position is open to candidates willing to relocate to Paris***

Your mission at Aircall:

  • Manage the Business Talent Acquisition team by developing their skills and managing the team workflow
  • Ensure recruitment target achievement: organize and select capabilities needed (agencies / RPO / TA recruitment)
  • Be responsable for KPI's and reporting in collaboration with the finance team
  • Lead projects to increase our employee branding and awareness: career page, job fair, diversity & inclusion, hiring manager trainings
  • Bring your experience and share it with Talent team members
  • Directly report to the Talent Acquisition Director
  • A little mote about you:

  • At 2 years managing a Talent Acquisition team with experience in managing high recruitment volumes
  • At least 5 years experience hiring various roles with a passion for building high-performing teams 
  • Fluency in English - another language would be a plus
  • High level of leadership with ability to inspire your team
  • Very good communicator able to build strong relationship with various teams, hiring managers, and coworkers
  • Passionate about recruitment and willing to build a strong candidate experience
