About the team and role:

The Billing team at Aircall is currently part of the Accounting team and is responsible for cash collection from our valued customers.

It is composed of a Billing Director and four Billing Specialist throughout the world. You’ll be in charge of all the EMEA accounts, which you’ll manage through JIRA (for customer requests), our billing channel on Slack, and cash collection reminders to prevent the loss of cash. This role is a great opportunity to join a team that is dedicated to always improving processes, training our customer-facing teams, and ensuring our customers can succeed with Aircall!
