About The Team:

From better management and financial reporting, to tax and treasury— you will be the main point of contact on all business matters impacting Aircall.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a team of 4 people to ensure daily operations are running smoothly (AP/AR)
• Drive US GAAP month end closings (AR/AP, revenue recognition, cash management payroll, bank reconciliations, tax, etc.)
• Support yearly audits for all entities
• Work with external accountants on tax topics
• Create and implement control standards and a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Act as the main point of contact of NetSuite and improve the way we use it

• Major in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, CPA/DSCG is a plus
• Five years or more experience in all areas of general corporate accounting or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of financial statement preparation and GAAP/IFRS
• Confidence to interact with members at all levels of the organization (a great sense of humor helps with this part)
• Ideally previous experience with NetSuite
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organization skills and forward planning are key for this position
