As Chief Marketing Officer at AGICAP Spain, your role will be to :

  • Achieve our ambitious MRR goals by driving lead generation through multiple inbound and outbound channels : paid marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads…), events (webinars, conferences), content (SEO), mail marketing, partnerships, referrals, PR…

  • Manage the marketing team in Spain and recruit new top marketing talents

  • Know our customers and get as much value from them as possible : intelligence to drive our go-to-market strategy, videos of their success story, referrals…

  • Manage the marketing budget and control CAC

  • Establish Agicap as the leading brand for SMB cashflow management in Spain

  • Work closely with the local sales and customer success teams to constantly improve alignment with revenue goals and efficiency

  • Collaborate with the global marketing teams (France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy…) on best lead generation practices

🎯 Here is the commercial value chain :

1/ Marketing Team : in charge of the prospect lead generation

  • Outbound lead gen : with growth engineers and growth managers
  • Online Acquisition : SEO/SEA, paid acquisition, Content Marketing
  • Product Marketing Management
  • Communication, Partnerships : press relation, webinars, branding, video production, community management

2/ SDR qualifies leads every week.
During the first phone call, they identify the prospect needs. They do not present the solution but rather understand how the company manages its cash flow monitoring, identifying needs, decision-makers and existing tensions on cash flow.
They plan phone call meetings (software demonstrations) with the right decision-maker.

3/ Account Executives take over and demonstrate the software to answer the pain already identified (by phone, without video call). They sell the solution and activate the subscription.
Lead qualification is therefore a major issue in our sales practices.

4/ As soon as there is a subscription, the Customer Success team manages the onboarding, the training of new users. The CS team also manages support and account management.


Requisitos

⚡ You will be a key driver of growth and report directly to our Global CMO. We’re looking for an experienced and talented B2B marketer :

  • Native in Spanish with a full professional proficiency in English
  • Strong experience in a similar position (CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, Head of Acquisition) in a fast-growing environment
  • Sales driven, you have a solid track record in lead generation in a SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership and project development skills
  • At ease in a B2B SaaS, high velocity SMB market
  • Data driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit
