With our UX team in our R&D department, you pilot UX research with ActiveViam’s product teams in London, New York, Paris, and Singapore. Your goal: Outstanding and actionable audience insight to fuel the design of world-class user experiences. Your measure: Useful, usable and pleasing interfaces that are eagerly adopted and used by our customers around the world.
- You relentlessly pursue knowledge about customers and end-users—their business, processes, work, goals, and motivations—and plan and run discovery and usability programs to reveal the insights needed to inform our design.
- You have thorough knowledge of UX research methods, practices and processes and understanding of when and how to apply them.
- You coordinate research operations to plan, recruit, conduct, analyze, report and document ongoing and special studies.
- You create the plans, moderators’ guides, and screeners and set-up the schedules, systems, and data capture that make a study happen. (You can also craft a survey to yield valid and reliable results, and can do basic statistical analysis on it.)
- You are a skilled interviewer and usability moderator who can quickly develop rapport with participants who are well-paid, skilled professionals (in English).
- You have thorough knowledge of analysis methods, practices and processes and understanding of when and how to apply them.
- You produce illuminating and actionable research findings and fully understand how to apply findings to UX documentation such as experience maps, user stories, user flows, and task analysis.
- You engage and collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the process and keep the teams on track with a focus on the user.
- You can make persuasive presentations to colleagues, clients, and senior management.
