About the role

As Senior Software Developer at Zeffy, you will have a critical role in building and scaling the best tech for charities! 💫 More precisely you will:

• Develop key features and modules of a robust web application.

• Maintain and improve the payment module with a paramount importance for security.

• Bring value to nonprofits through the donor management dashboard.

• Proactively shape the team’s processes to enhance overall efficiency and improve the quality of the team’s deliverables.

• As an individual contributor, you serve as both the builder and the architect of the application.

• Work closely with the whole product team to efficiently deliver a stable product.

• Coach and mentor junior developers on technical topics.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise as a full-stack developer, preferably in web-based products or SaaS.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to come up with simple solutions to complex problems.

• Understanding of user experience and flow: one of our challenges is to ensure that our system is easily usable by individuals who may not have technical expertise.

• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment (an asset).

Front-end: React, NextJS (Typescript)

Back-end: Node.js, NestJS (Typescript)

Database: PostgreSQL, Algolia

CI/CD: Github Actions, Cypress

The range:

• Our ideal seniority level: 3-6 years experience expertise as a full-stack developer, preferably in web-based products or SaaS.

• The corresponding salary range: EUR 60,000 to EUR 75,000 + stock options
