• Supporting ZEBOX startups on a daily basis to help them succeed at starting and growing their companies, including assistance with business plan development and evaluation, market analysis, preparing for fundraising, and scaling with suppliers and customers
• Provide regular reporting regarding the evolution of the startups you support
• Produce, organize, and maintain internal and external materials like decks, startup one-pager, short-updated blurb for the partners
• Proactively identify startups needs and provide them with the relevant support they need: mentors, business expert, talents to help them growth in a fast and a better way
• Ensure startups are satisfied and delighted with a high level of service and the value provided by ZEBOX
• Work with the corporate partnership manager and other internal colleagues to identify, connect and support startups and corporate in co-development partnership
• Work with program manager on ways to improve ZEBOX program

• Mandatory: inimum 5-years’ experience in startup or venture capital (experience as cofounder of a tech startup will be a key differentiator)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset & passionate about working with startups
• Strong financial, analytical, strategic and problem solving skills
• Excellent business sense, knowledge of the startup life-cycle & needs
• Able to identify and interpret market trends, and hence identify business opportunities for the startups
• Able to support multi-disciplinary teams
• Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multitask
• Can-do attitude, strategic thinker
• Fluent in English. If you don’t speak French, don’t worry, English is the working language at ZEBOX!
