We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join Zama’s growing Business Development team. You’ll own strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts and ecosystem partners, acting as the bridge between client needs and our technical teams. Your mission is to ensure client success, drive upsells, and deepen account engagement to contribute to our revenue growth and product evolution.
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts in fintech, DeFi, and TradFi.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term success and renewals.
Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and support alongside product, engineering, and support teams.
Identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
Proactively gather client feedback and relay market intelligence to product and technical teams.
Build long-term trust-based relationships with key technical and business stakeholders.
Track key account metrics (usage, satisfaction, revenue) and report performance.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
7-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise customer success, ideally in SaaS, deeptech, or blockchain.
Proven success managing large or complex enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, tokenization, and/or digital assets.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration ability.
CRM and project management tool proficiency.
Based in Europe.
