The position

Job description

We’re looking for an extremely talented & motivated individual to help us build a robust and scalable self-service ecosystem to make sure our users can find solutions to their issues as quickly as possible.

Your mission will be to lead the implementation of our future in-app Chatbot as well as to improve & maintain our Help Center.

This position will be based in our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building up answer flows & optimizing them both at the process & content level
  • Training & optimizing the models to make sure the Chatbot has the highest possible accuracy
  • Updating & optimizing the Chatbot on a daily basis
  • Creating new content as well as updating existing content on our Help Center
  • Managing the translations of our Help-Center to make sure the self-service experience of our community is always localized
  • Reporting on self-service performances as well as user intents to help us create the best possible CS experience
  • Tackling some user inquiries in our Helpdesk to keep in touch with the community

Preferred experience

  • You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in a Support, Social Media or Marketing team
  • You’ve ideally already worked with a Chatbot
  • You’re extremely good at managing projects & drafting processes
  • You’re an excellent writer & know how to transmit empathy in a digital environment
  • You’re extremely good at vulgarizing & synthesizing information
  • You’ve already handled thousands of user requests in your life, as part of a Support or Social Media team
  • You’re not a developer, but you’re not afraid to dig into some basic code or to read complex API documentations
  • You’ve previously worked in the gaming, social media or entertainment industry
