The position

Job description

The Brand & Communication team mission is to build a strong brand positioning as well as produce and distribute premium content.

The team is looking for a Senior PR & Events manager who will position Yousign as the top of mind eSignature solution in Europe and that will ensure coherence on our external communication strategy.

The job is extremely connected with internal and external stakeholders:

- Internally, the PR & Events manager will coordinate key messages and keytimes within the brand & communication team and with other team's stakeholders (PMM, B2B marketing…)  

- Externally, the PR & Events manager will closely work with PR local agencies in order to get a good press coverage and therefore increase Yousign awareness in each market.
 

Your missions:

  • Define and own our external communication kit (our story, our values…)
  • Define our different communication target groups, key topics and key messages
  • Identify main internal speakers and topics to position them
  • Create the PR roadmap for each local market in collaboration with local specialists by anticipating main products launches in each country but also jumping into the latest industry news
  • Coordinate and challenge our PR local agencies with the local marketing managers
  • Follow up on press coverage results and communicate internally about it
  • Position Yousign & C-levels through prizes & awards
  • Identify events, conferences or podcasts to which we could participate
  • Organize internal events for prospects and customers


Your profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in communication, branding in a hyper-growth organization
  • You have worked in a SaaS/Tech environment
  • You are a great communicator, dynamic and with a lot of energy
  • You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to work across departments
  • You are always looking for excellence, wanting to always achieve the extra mile in order to increase our brand awareness
  • You are business and data oriented
  • French and English are mandatory, a third language is a plus (German or Italian)
  • Knowledge of the Italian and or german markets Tech environment is a plus
