Our Product organization

You will join our Product team, based on multidisciplinary teams (Product Marketing, Product Management, Design, QA), composed of marketers, developers, UX designers, product managers and more. The PMM team works with the various squads on our eSignature solutions to meet the yearly objectives of the company (OKR).

Your Missions

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Adoption to work within our Product Marketing team to help Yousign continue its exponential growth by ensuring users onboard with ease and expand their usage of our eSignature platform.

You'll be in charge of building delightful and relevant onboarding experiences for our users to drive adoption and revenue.Here are your main responsibilities :

• Guide individuals or groups of users through their journey with the application, and setting them up for success - facilitate adoption, encourage conversion, support activation and upsell.
• Educate users on product features - new or existing - to deepen their engagement with the app, and showcase the value of Yousign.
• Capture and share feedback from users to improve the in-product adoption experience.
• Create original content (Help center articles, application visuals...) that can be shared with our users to support product onboarding, enablement and adoption.
• Analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to measure success, impact and continuously optimize

Your Profile

• You have a proven track-record in Customer Experience or Adoption
• You are customer-driven and can transcribe product content to bring out the value
• You synthesize and simplify content to make it accessible to as many people as possible.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• You are curious and a quick learner; you have the ability to absorb new information
• You have a sensitivity and curiosity about the product - you like to help people discover products and new features!
• You are autonomous, rigorous and able to manage complex projects
• You have creative skills with a sense of strategic planning
• You have a data-driven mindset and are able to set measurable objectives
