Job Description:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff plays a key role at the heart of Yousign’s strategy, ensuring the success and growth of our company. You will work closely with ExCo members as an observer to accompany them in the execution of day-to-day business operations as well as high-level strategic initiatives.

The Chief of Staff role is made of recurring missions and one-off missions, depending on the organization’s current challenges. You might be called to participate on projects for the first time which promises the continuous development of your skills in a fast-paced scale-up environment - that’s what makes the role exciting! 

Your missions: 

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand: as en ExCo observer, you will benefit from full trust and transparency and be able to assist the CEO in his daily company management as well as represent him in some operational projects
  • Own the OKR process: you will get to manage the full process consisting in turning our strategic objectives into operational actions every quarter. That means providing the right assets, coordinating with all managers to help them plan their teams’ roadmaps, supporting the reporting & communication exercises and making sure the organization is working together in the right direction to achieve its goals.
  • Animate internal routines: you will be at the core of our company’s rituals and help set and prepare recurring moments like weekly All-hands meetings and quarterly Leadership Team meetings.
  • Participate in key committees preparation: you will make sure that ExCo stays on track to discuss the right topics during their synchronizations, that they follow-up on decisions, and assist them from time to time in preparing their slide decks.
  • Do the groundwork for potential future projects: you will do some prep-work on specific topics before they potentially turn into company projects, and you will also coordinate teams on transversal projects that are already validated.


    Your profile :

    As a key position where you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment that allows rapid growth in a wide range of topics, you are required to: 

    • Be graduated from a top 5 business or engineering school
    • Have a a first experience in consulting, strategy, project management, or operations, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector, or other industry related to fast-paced innovation
    • Possess impressive verbal and written communication skills: you know how to adapt your communication style based on the context and are at ease speaking in front of large groups
    • Be highly organized, enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment
    • Attack new challenges with enthusiasm and motivation
    • Possess a strong fluency in French and English
