About the role…

As a member of the Marketing team in EMEA, you’ll play a key role in YOOBIC’s growth by building and scaling key marketing programs and events to hit our pipeline goals. You will work with the Program Marketing Director to deliver an integrated plan of locally executed programs and events to create pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle, and retain customers in your region (EMEA + South Africa & Australia).

This role is joining a fun, dynamic marketing team that is driving big results for the business. It’s the perfect fit for an ambitious, creative, demand marketer. This role requires expertise in demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, event management, and strong collaborative skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a creative thinker, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do...

  • Manage campaigns, including webinars, emails, nurture, and gifting, from concept to creative to execution.

  • Localise and adapt campaigns, emails, web pages, and content so they resonate with our target audience across your region.

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, conferences, breakfast events, and dinners.

  • Coordinate event promotion activities in collaboration with the BDR, sales, and CS teams, including emails, landing pages, and social posts.

  • Work closely with the sales team to create custom programs to help them engage new prospects and accelerate existing prospects.

  • Communicate often with BD, Sales, and CS Teams about your campaigns and events to ensure visibility and appropriate follow-ups are taken.

  • Continually track and report on campaign and event metrics to determine the effectiveness of all marketing activities and optimise campaign efforts accordingly.

  • Continually research and develop new event and campaign concepts and ideas.

What we'll need...

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.

  • Successful track record of partnering with sales to build pipeline through campaigns and events

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot) required

  • Capable of directly managing all elements of a campaign from conception to execution to measurement.

  • Experience developing and driving events and integrated marketing campaigns from conception to execution to measurement across multiple channels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, creating a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Outcome-focused, numbers-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organised.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

  • Fun personality with great energy and a ‘get it done’ attitude; resourceful and creative.

  • Native/Fluent French speaker with good written and verbal communication skills would be a huge plus.
