Head of Schedule & Yoga Room Academy
(min 25 h / week)

YOUR MISSIONS :

Global Yoga Offer
(around 500 yoga classes per week, spread over 8 studios in 4 cities // 25 differents styles of classes) => this represents around 10.000 visits per week

• to be responsible of the global Yoga offer in all Yoga Room studios (currently : 8 studios in 4 cities)
• to make sure all studios have an attractive schedule, taking into account our members’ demand and the teachers availability
• to follow the participants’ behaviors and the attendance to optimize the offer (taking into account the school holiday calendar and others)
• to collect feedback (from the participants and from the teachers) and to conduct market surveys
• to analyze data (attendance, income, number of members and visits…) and report them into dashboard
• to observe the waitling list and create process on their optimization
• to manage all Mindbody accounts and to encode all the classes and prices in the system

Teachers recruitment, evaluation and management
(70 teachers from 17 nationalities)

• to coordinate the teachers’ absences (request, planned and last minute) and to organize the sub classes
• to review teachers’ statistics (number of class, attendance, number of absence, number of sub taken etc.) and assist the management into the preparation of evaluations
• to assist the recuitment of new teachers and assess the candidates

Animation and Yoga Room Academy

• to supervise the workshops and special yoga classes (themed,…)
• to manage Yoga Room Academy (plan, market, and organize all teacher trainings).

• Certified yoga teacher (min 200h certification)
