Our Technical Support Team is growing!

As a Solutions Engineer you will play a key role at Welcome to the Jungle. With more than 50% (30% a year ago) of our job offers created externally, we need to have the best partnership solution for our customers integrated with 50+ different solutions:

  • ATS (Lever, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, SAP…)
  • Multiposting solutions
  • HRIS
  • Etc.

To do so, you will work closely with Tech, Business, Marketing and Product teams to maintain and enhance our Partners relationships.

What will you do ?

As an Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Be our point of contact with our Partners and make sure the relation with them is always going well,
  • Understand the customer need, build and maintain new Partnerships,
  • Answer internal questions regarding partnerships,
  • Advise and help our Partners in order to improve our technical performance,
  • Be client-facing, for technical discovery & solutioning when complex use-cases arise,
  • Contribute to new processes and best practices improvement,
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide workarounds,
  • Create internal & external documentation to improve the quality of our services.

Preferred experience

  • You are fluent in both French and English,
  • You are a real problem solver,
  • You have more than 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You can handle situations where clients are frustrated,
  • You know how to be client-facing (for pre-sales solution exploration, initial post-sales call or follow-up calls)
  • You are well at ease with concepts like APIs, JSON, XML, Parsing, Mapping, Scrapping, etc.,
  • You already have an experience with a ticketing system (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk…),
  • You know how to prioritize,
  • You like answering questions and can always find a way to make it work,
  • You are efficient at multitasking,
  • You are autonomous but also a team player!
