Job description

In order to support and fuel our global expansion plans, we are growing our Talent Acquisition Team and looking for a Growth recruitment & marketing intern !

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition - Marine - and working closely with our Growth Marketing team - Ellora & Maxime, you will be the first Growth recruiter joining Welcome to the Jungle.

We are convinced that our Talent Acquisition strategy should leverage technologies we already use in Growth Marketing. The objective is to build a best in class sourcing machine and candidate lead generation strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include the following :

  • Deploy an audit of Talent Acquisition’s existing lead generation methods
  • Conduct a strategic watch of technologies so as to evidence foreseeable solutions
  • Build a lead source of top candidates to watch and reach (sourcing, enrichment, scoring, etc.)
  • Improve inbound flow and conversion rates working closely with Growth Marketing team (SEO, SEA, Employer branding, events, etc.)
  • Participate in the development, deployment and optimization of that growth techniques with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Continuous improvement of Hiring Machine metrics and candidate leads database
