The position

Job description

After France, Spain, Czech republic and Slovakia, Welcome to the Jungle will be present in the UK!

As our first Business Developer based in London, you will be responsible for starting and developing the business in London to help us develop our brand in the UK. You will work closely with Maya based in Paris and one Content Manager UK.

You will be responsible for :

  • Grow the UK revenues from new client acquisition
  • Identifying and closing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Responding to new business queries across your full portfolio
  • Contribute to the sales strategy locally by identifying key partnerships with local players
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the HR/employer brand/ media industry and your client’s businesses

You will be based in London and travel regularly to Paris.


Preferred experience

  • Proven business development, new business/sales experience (min of 3 to 4 years of professional experience)
  • Knowledge of the Startup / Tech ecosystem in London is a distinct advantage
  • Strong proven experience in pitching, negotiation and closing
  • Entrepreunarial mindset; you will contribute to develop a market from scratch and start a new business
  • Demonstrable presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex subject matters in respect of new market launches
  • Fluent in English or Native English speaker

Recruitment process

Step 1 : 30’ minutes phone screen with our General Manager, Camille
Step 2 : 1 hour interview with Talal (Talent Acquisition Manager) and Maya (Sales Development Manager UK)
Step 3 : 1 hour interview with Jeremy (Co-founder and CEO) and Pierre Gaël (Head of Business)
