After studying international development of SMEs in France, Coline has always worked in Spain, attracted by the digital world and the startup environment. In her day-to-day work, she is very concerned about customer satisfaction and the good relationships that can be created. She likes structured things and respecting processes because according to her this is the only way to do a good job. Very oriented in the team, she likes to be surrounded by people in the office because together you can go further, and especially if someone has food she is the first to steal it. In her free time, she always wants to be busy: running, crossfiting, events... You will never find her in the same place. Her favorite song: Golden Brown - The Stranglers
Sergio is an economist and a lawyer, he practiced as such in Cuatrecasas, but he soon saw that his thing was the world of start-ups, so he created his own company, and later he was Country Manager of several companies. In 2019, he had the opportunity to launch Welcome to the Jungle in Spain and he joined it without hesitation for 2 reasons: a) the project and its vision, and b) for the committed human team, with super positive energy. Sergio loves sports, doing "greenwalks" (conscious walks to clean nature) and one of his favorite songs is "Adventure of a lifetime".
Júlia started her professional career in the world of sales, always in the digital environment. Her interest in marketing and specifically in product development led her to investigate everything related to agile development methodologies and to work more oriented to definition, both in web and app. She does not conceive of being in an area without contact with the client, either to listen to their needs or to provide solutions and feels fortunate to have been able to be part of different areas in the same company.
After studying theology, he decided to take another path and graduated in filmmaking, working as a teacher and coordinator for more than 7 years in this field. In audiovisual projects, he has worked as a director of photography, cameraman and using any other audiovisual gadget for video clips of Spanish artists.
In 2019 he joins "welcome to the jungle" as "head of production" to start the new adventure of coordinating and producing audiovisual content.
His hobbies are motorcycles, video games, board games and canyoning.
His favorite song Pretender - Foo Fighters
Is the job market a Jungle?
Welcome to the Jungle is the multichannel media company that aims to inspire every individual to thrive in their professional lives.
We propose a wide variety of high-quality content (articles, videos, series, podcasts, magazines or events) to help young professionals rethink their relationship with work.
We have also created a content-rich website with 3000+ detailed company profiles – including photos, videos, and statistics (number of employees, gender, average age) – making valuable job search information accessible for prospective candidates. It is now way easier for them to narrow down the tribe they belong to!
Aiming to propose the best possible candidate experience, we provide recruiters with Welcome Kit, an in-house applicant tracking system (ATS) that is collaborative, intuitive and efficient. Recruiters using Welcome Kit can post unlimited job offers within their company profile, and efficiently manage every candidate application.
Building a diverse team with various backgrounds and expertises (content, production, business, tech…) has been at the core of Welcome to the Jungle since its very beginning and is truly part of its strength today! There are no typical profiles, each and every team member shares our vision and wants to be part of its success. Welcome to the Jungle is a young, yet fast-growing, project which offers an ideal workplace for those who want to have a real impact on the growth of a company and are craving for responsibilities.
From team workshops to Jungle parties each quarter, from annual team building to Jungle Talks where the entire team meets and discusses with someone who’s willing to share his or her background… Opportunities for the team to question and improve our (and others’) way(s) of working are plenty!
Oh, and our office is located in a typical Parisian building, in center of the capital, and offers a charming private terrace.
