The position

Job description

Scope

 

Reporting to the Director of Group Controlling, you will play a critical part in analyzing and managing all the HQ revenue and expenses spend and influencing business decisions.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as local CFO / Owner of the production of monthly financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, FCF) for the holding company (monthly reporting and qualitative explanation of actual variance, analysis and strong control of the cost base, FCF process and analysis, Capex and CIR processes, relationship with external auditors, own the budgeting and forecasting process for the entity) 
  • Act as business partnership with support functions & operational teams such as Innovation lab, IT, HR, Group Finance 
  • Manage and monitor all intercompany flows between the holding company and the operational entity of the Group 
  • Constantly improve our processes to steer our analysis towards impact and action 
  • Turn existing time-consuming processes into sustainable and scalable automated tasks when possible 
  • Be the key stakeholder / leader for reporting automation, finance tools improvement, automation of recurring tasks, improvement of forecast quality, etc 
  • Provide information for key decision making, formulating business strategies and modelling of financial implications 
  • Management of 1 apprentice

 

Experience

 

  • Master’s degree graduate from business school or university with a major in Finance
  • You have an extensive experience of financial reporting systems and procedures
  • You master the use of software such as SAP / BFC / TM1 / Excel / BI / Finance reporting tools
  • Full English and French proficiency are required
  • A previous experience in Financial Controlling / Audit will be a “plus” as well as any knowledge surrounding tech or software industry
