Missions

We are looking for a travel product manager for a 6 months contract to replace a maternity leave.

Your mission is to ensure the follow-up of the production by creating, managing a production of the tourist offer, complete, coherent, innovative and of quality on the South America zone

- Perform competitive benchmarks, identify new market trends (customer profile, consumer habits...), source and select suppliers.

- Participate in the analysis and monitoring of KPIs related to production management.

- To take in charge procurement: develop strong relationships and partnerships with service providers, launch calls for tender, benchmark, select, negotiate and follow up
Identify content gaps in existing destinations, update existing products, select and create new products.

- Compile, produce and update destination information: must-sees, news, geopolitical situation, country specificities,...

-Participate in the promotion of Worldia products/destinations externally and co-organize client/partner events.

- Set up and lead training sessions on the destinations for internal and external contacts.

- Follow and implement the team's processes and participate in their optimization.

Lets talk about you

- You are fluent in English and French 

- You have a strong experience in the same type of position

- Passionate about travel, you have a solid knowledge of one or more destinations in the South America

- You have a solid knowledge of the market and the competition and you know how to monitor the market

- You have strong project management skills and you are not afraid to take initiatives

- You have an analytical mind and Excel has no secrets for you

- You have a sharp commercial sense and are a good negotiator

- You are autonomous and proactive, you become creative when faced with a problem
