Missions

Worldia is opening its first position of Chief of Staff.
At the heart of Worldia's development, you will work closely with Grégoire on a wide range of missions which will, on a weekly basis, involve:

  • Leading internal and external meetings : All Hands / Executive Committee / Investors Board
  • Monitoring performance and objectives at corporate level: Roadmaps, OKRs, etc.
  • Managing cross-company projects: i.e. Knowledge management
  • Contributing to the current strategic topics : fundraising, market analyses


Some key achievements expected in the first few months:

  • Implementation and monitoring of the corporate annual calendar for all the management bodies, to give clarity on the highlights of the year
  • Increased performance of the Executive Committee and the Investors board


Practical information: HQ based in Paris Saint-Lazare (9th) - Hybrid working mode : 3/2 days remote


Lets talk about you

The ideal skill set would be:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, you have worked for a wide variety of clients/organizations
  • Analytical thinker: you have advanced knowledge in Excel and a previous experience with financial analysis
  • Great communication skills: you know how to create well-structured reports in Powerpoint/Gslides
  • Adaptable and multitasking: you are ready to switch from administrative tasks to strategic projects
  • Great sense of autonomy
  • You speak fluently both English and French
